Time to deliver
Each doormat is made to order and has a lead time of 2-3 weeks. We offer free shipping to our customers in the Netherlands and Belgiumm. For shipments outside these countries, we cover a portion of the shipping costs. Customers are also charged a portion of the shipping costs, depending on the country of delivery. Shipments are sent directly from the manufacturer via the shipping company DPD. This helps save on extra costs, time, and emissions. 

If you have not received your order within 3 weeks, please contact us at info@artofmats.nl so that we can check the whereabouts of your package. 

If the mat is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Email us with a photo of the damaged package, the damaged mat and your order number.
